We will do our best to send the taxi driver to your requested pick-up location. If this is not possible due to closed canals or high tide, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to let you know the nearest meeting point, usually located within 150 meters (about 490 feet).
Your driver will be able to speak both Italian and English.

If you need to make changes or cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service to avoid any cancellation fees.
Please be aware that for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the company may reserve the right not to issue a refund.
If the customer does not show up at the agreed meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, and no contact is made, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the limits specified in the booking. If the limits are exceeded, we reserve the right to deny the service without refund.
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, traffic restrictions, or acts of nature.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from this service shall be handled by the competent courts of Venice, Italy.
